I checked coldstonecreamery.com before heading over and the hours were right. The store was open just like it showed online so I didn’t have to guess or call first. It’s a small thing but I really appreciate when the hours are actually updated. No issues at all.

The prices feel high to me, so I usually only feel like it’s worth it when there’s a promo going on. The discounts help, but I wish the next steps were clearer after you use one. Sometimes I’m left wondering what I’m supposed to do next or if there’s anything else I need to check.

Paying was painless. The tip screen was clear and didn’t make me feel like I had to jump through a bunch of extra steps, which I really appreciated. My receipt showed up right away too. Overall, it felt smooth and well thought out.

I had an issue and was worried I was going to be stuck with the loss, but the manager called me back quickly and made it right. Really appreciate them taking care of it

I like that I can earn points when I grab Cold Stone, but it feels like they don’t build up very quickly, at least for me. The app or website can be kind of frustrating sometimes too. Still, I guess it’s worth using because getting a free treat here and there is always nice.

I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday, and it was cute overall, but not gonna lie, I expected a little more. Some of the details were a bit messy and the writing looked kinda uneven. The staff was really friendly, even when it started getting busy. i kind of regret not checking this place out earlier because they handled the rush so well and still made everyone feel welcome.

I ordered the cake online, and the whole pickup process was super quick. The cake was already ready when I got there, which I really appreciated. To me, that kind of smooth experience makes it feel like they’re organized and actually on top of their orders.

Brownies, fruit, nuts, candy, all that stuff looked fresh and actually tasted fresh too. My ice cream came out pretty much exactly how I hoped it would. I do like Cold Stone and it’s a fun place to grab a treat , but ordering there with a nut allergy always makes me a bit nervous . The staff at my location was nice and changed gloves when I asked , which I appreciated . Still , the mix-in area has so many toppings and pieces around that it just feels a little risky . Their website does have allergen info , but it’s not the easiest to check quickly when you’re trying to order . I’d still go for an occasional treat , I just wish the dietary and allergy options were clearer .
